Fitzroy Engineering Group Ltd are committed to the protection of all those involved with its business activities and to ensuring that as a minimum, the environment is protected and maintained from these activities.
This is a ‘top down” commitment which is exhibited by the CEO and all staff. Fitzroy Engineering Group Ltd employs an experienced HSE team which includes the services of a full time occupational health nurse who actively monitors employee wellbeing including pre-employment medicals.
Fundamental to our operation is the integration of all health, safety and environmental requirements into the workplace actions of everyone involved in our business. As such we have established HSE performance as one of our key business drivers with regular reporting to board level. Frequent communication to our workforce of policy and procedure, and performance achievement is an important element of ensuring a healthy, safe and environment friendly attitude.
Fitzroy Engineering Group maintains a continuous improvement protocol and regularly measures, monitors and reports on key HSE initiatives including internal and external HSE system audits. The overarching premise is to ensure our HSE targets, established with reference to corporate policy, workplace strategies and plans, and hazard/risk controls are always stretched but achievable.
