Applicants for professional positions should have appropriate experience related to the heavy engineering sector, especially to the areas of heavy fabrication and/or fabrication and maintenance work on oil and gas installations.

Applications for engineering trade positions should have the appropriate trade qualifications and experience in heavy fabrication and/or site maintenance activities on petrochemical sites.
Welders should have previous experience to ASME 9 level, preferably with experience in exotic metals such as Duplex or Stainless Steel.
Machinists require appropriate trade qualifications with experience in CNC and jobbing work, and preferably some site machining.
Industrial Coating applicants should have knowledge and experience with blasting preparation and 2-pot epoxy coating paint systems.
Scaffolding and rigging applicants will require experience in site work.
